For An Outstanding Experience
I thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service I can offer. That’s why I have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their experience with me. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with me goes just how you like it.
Your Appointment
If you have a color appointment or a haircut please do not wear a high neck shirt/sweater or a hooded jacket. It can cause a haircut to not look even or it could get color on it and I would hate for that to happen!
Please do not come in with dirty hair (2 or more days unwashed) it makes it hard for color to penetrate the hair and it makes the lightening process more challenging.
I know the world is still kind of crazy even though the mask mandate has been lifted. If you are more comfortable wearing a mask during your appointment please feel free to do so.

Cancellations and No Shows
I do my best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let me know. If you inform me less than 24 hours before your appointment you will be charged a no show/ cancelation fee of 50% of which service you had scheduled.
Are you happy with your hair?
I want everyone to leave with hair they are happy to show off. If you are unsatisfied with your hair I require that you contact me within 5 days after your service and I will fix it at no charge. If it is past 5 days I will not honor the service at no charge. I will also not honor the service at no charge if you decide to change the all over color or look of your hair.
